Individualized Workouts With Driveline TRAQ
All players will receive their own TRAQ account with individualized workout plans including warmups, position specific workouts, weight training, and recovery/mobility work. These workouts will be monitored and updated through the app. This way, players can get their work done at Momentum, or at home (For example a recovery day at home vs. pitching and hitting at the Facility).

The Rapsodo is an invaluable tool for pitchers. It measures many different aspects of each pitch, including speed, spin rate, spin direction, and break. Feedback like this can help pitchers quickly see what works and what doesn’t. Pitchers can also go back and see their previous bullpens to see growth through their Rapsodo Cloud Account.
Hit Trax shows players exactly where their hits will land in the field. It also shows various metrics like exit velocity, point of contact, launch angle, and distance. Hit Trax also allows players to view slow-motion video of their swings to help with mechanical analysis. Players can also generate reports and track their progress through their Hit Trax Account.
